At our Tenby gym, we offer a wide range of group classes and specialised programs throughout the day, designed to fit around your schedule. Whether you're looking to build strength, boost energy, or simply take a break from the everyday, there's something here for you.

Join us for high-energy sessions like boxing and strength clubs, or focus on mindful movement with Pilates. We also run Legs, Bums & Tums, MumFit classes, and small group personal training for more targeted support.

Classes vary from £6 to £10 and can be easily booked in advance through our app, BookFit.
