Rubix Fitness is a functional fitness gym based in the heart of Tenby in Pembrokeshire. We have a varied approach to our training and believe that this is best for optimal health and fitness.  We have created a community that is is welcoming, relaxed and open to all. Every day is different. You can either come and join one of our exciting classes or do your own thing, the choice is yours.
